Conectivity
A central circular plaza connects all three buildings with a short link, reducing walking distances and enhancing accessibility. The design includes indoor pathways and enclosed areas to ensure comfort during the chilly winters and limited daylight in northern China.
Architecture
The facade captures the essence of speed and motion, inspired by sports cars. Vertical bands resembling a racing track wrap around the buildings, celebrating movement and enhancing the identity of the car city.
Entertainment and Shopping
New Car Sales Center: A dedicated space for showcasing and selling new vehicles.
Used Car Marketplace: Facilities for trading, selling, or upgrading old cars for new ones.
Entertainment and Car Museum: A cultural and leisure hub featuring exhibits on automotive history and interactive entertainment.
Commercial Street: Restaurants, shops, and small businesses complement the automotive ecosystem, creating a holistic visitor experience.
