TOD Planning

Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is a planning strategy that creates high-density, mixed-use communities near public transport hubs. By offering housing, jobs, and amenities within walking distance, TOD promotes pedestrian-friendly spaces, reduces car dependency, lowers traffic congestion and carbon emissions, and increases public transit usage.
