The resort combines modern luxury and leisure. Its dynamic architecture and cascading balconies offer stunning views. A central swimming pool is the vibrant focal point, surrounded by palm trees and lounge areas. Amenities include a grand lobby, sky bar, retail spaces, and spa.

Plaza-Park

The area is car-free, with underground supply, delivery, and parking systems ensuring unobtrusive traffic flow. At its heart is a park-like plaza surrounded by retail spaces showcasing local and exotic vegetation. A multi-level shopping center near the riverside promenade integrates seamlessly with the landscape, offering varied squares and recreational zones for events and relaxation.

Gastronomy

The restaurants feature elegant sculptural interiors, warm lighting, and openable glass facades for year-round comfort.
